Affton is a small community located south of St Louis City and is home of several historical landmarks such as the Oakland House, Grant’s Farm, and many businesses and services. Beginning with the construction of the Commerce Bank building in 2003, Affton has experienced a noticeable increase in new buildings to include Pioneer Bank, Kenrick’s Meat and Catering, Eagle Bank & Trust, and many others.
