I had a very old water heater that needed to be replaced. Joe was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He walked me through everything he did and how to maintain my new water heater to get the best use of it! When he heard I just purchased my house he looked at the plumbing and even fixed a few other things while he was there! To say I’m impressed at his skill and service is an understatement. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their job. I will absolutely be using them for any future repairs!

Brian arrived right on time at 7am. He was ready to hear our concerns & soon he was able to explain a plan that we liked very much. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done; he was able to cut into our cedar wall paneling & did a perfect job on alignment with a new outlet. We feel our house is much safer after all the work he did for us including a surge protector for our electrical panel & several other new outlets. I think he is the perfect example of the “A” team in all respects! Professional & polite in every way as well.

My technician, Ryan, quickly determined the issue, had a part ordered and Hoffmann scheduled my repair quickly. Ryan came back to fix my washer and did so in an efficient manner. He described in detail what I could do to help maintain my appliance. He could not have been nicer or more helpful.
