We are looking for a Part Time Accounting Coordinator who thrives in a challenging environment, is a positive team player, and is self-motivated.
Job Duties
This person will be responsible for assisting our current accounting team with daily functions. The primary duty will be entering payable invoices into our system and reconciling vendor accounts at month end. Secondary duties will include customer invoicing and accounts receivable efforts.
This job will require an estimated 24 hours per week. The days and times can be flexible as long as they are within our normal business hours of 7am – 5pm. Pay range is $18-$22 per hour depending on qualifications.
This position has the potential to become full time within one to two years.
Skills and Qualifications
- Accounting experience
- Detail oriented
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, most importantly Excel
- Ability to work in both an individual and team environment
- Professional in all situations
