We have current positions available in St Louis for experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technicians who excel in customer service, are great problem solvers, thrive in a challenging environment, are positive team players, and self-motivated.

Job Duties
Full-time HVAC Installation Technicians who can successfully install the following for residential customers:
- Air Conditioners
- Furnaces
- Heat Pump
- Ductless Systems
- Ductwork
- Boilers
- Accessories (air filter, thermostats etc.)
Must have a knowledge of these systems and keep in contact closely with customers during the installation. All our technicians must follow our safety policies and procedures. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is required.
Skills and Qualifications
Some of the many qualifications required for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC Field
- Professional in all situations
- Valid Driver’s license
- Clear, confident communication with customers throughout the entire service to provide the best customer experience possible
- Frequent communication with dispatchers regarding job status and scheduling updates
- Ready to teach and learn among your coworkers in groups and one on one interactions
- Willingness to try new ideas and recommend process improvements to the team
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace both in a customer’s property and your company vehicle
